About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated and efficient Prep Cook to keep our kitchen running smoothly. Responsibilities include prepping ingredients, portioning food, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting the line as needed. Our prep cooks also manage the salad and dessert station during service, so attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are key!
Requirements
Fast and efficient with knife skills and food prep tasks
Ability to follow recipes and portion ingredients accurately
Works well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
Keeps station clean, organized, and stocked throughout service
Must be able to multitask and shift between prep, salad, and dessert station as needed
